Softball Tournament

The Caddo Sheriff’s Office is hosting a co-ed softball tournament to benefit Sheriff’s Safety Town.
The event will be held September 8 and 9 at Cargill Park. The tournament will operate according to American Softball Association rules. Registration is $175 per team.
Sheriff’s Safety Town is a proposed child-sized educational facility where children will learn critical safety skills in a hands-on environment. Upon completion, Safety Town will include an education building and other permanent features including small streets, buildings, traffic lights, and a working railroad crossing where children will practice bicycle, pedestrian, and other traffic safety skills. The facility will be located on Louisiana Highway 3132 near Jewella Avenue.
